I’ve been going here for years. Wilmer and team provided exceptional customer service. I went in thinking I needed an oil change. They checked my service history and told me I wasn’t due for another few thousand miles. They ended up just checking my oil just in case and ended up topping off my fluids. Great honest team!
Long time fan of Jiffy Lube and have used them on and off throughout the years. Not all are built the same but my experience at this location was top notch. I got out late and pulled in at 5:50pm. Knowing I was late I spoke with Jay and asked if his team was able to service my car. I was in need of a full synthetic oil change and a coolant flush. Without hesitation Jay and the guys assured me I was in the best of hands and really made me feel at ease and that I nore the service would be rushed. Listening to the team work as they handled my service was impressive. I had some oil in the reservoir which made the job a little tough but they handled it with ease and a great sense of confidence and professionalism. MIKEs experience came in handy and Ricky's determination to do the job right was tangible. Jay's oversight really made the whole experience feel like a well oiled machine. I absolutely recommend to come here for quick service that wont let you feel cheated. The attention to detail by the entire team was what made me want to leave this review. Thanks again guys and see you in 3-4,000 miles!
I had an excellent experience with Dan’s car inspection service. From start to finish, Dan was professional and thorough. Even though his schedule was booked up, he still made the time to squeeze me in for a quick inspection. Amazing customer service and they communicate very professionally and respectfully which I really appreciated! Definitely come here for all your car needs, you will not be disappointed!
