Always a very professional and well managed team. They look over things thoroughly and offer all services that my car needs, but have never pressured me to pay for a service I've denied or tried to sell me something when I say I only need one thing. The customer service is top notch, my car has always been well cared for, and they work great together as a team! Coming from a maintenance facility myself, I admire the way this team operates. I see good safety management, clear communication, and folks that care about the customer. Been coming here for years, and will continue as long as I'm in the area!
The team at this location is always great. Always keep me up to date on what is needing service and what will in the near future. Seth is always very thorough on explanations and recommendations and they have never once tried to push anything.
Fast friendly service. We were able to stay in the vehicle while they did the service, noticed everyone had a particular role & no one was standing around. This allowed them to check all the points & complete service very quickly. I also like that i observe the lead technician write on the oil filter key information. This helped me from crawling under when we returned home to write the date.
