I had a great experience at this shop from start to finish. The crew was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable about what they were doing. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the service really showed once I got back on the road. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. All i have to say is that the manager Nicole has great costumer service. And she will be the only reason i will return to this location. Mind you that i have a jiffy lube less then 5 min from my house and this location is 15 min from my house. She has made this experience so great im willing to drive that extra time. Thank you Nicole
and honestly i have been coming here for my oil changes for a while now and they always take care of me. the guys up front are super laid back and remeber what i usually get done which is nice. last time i was in they caught a loose belt i wouldnt have noticed and offered to tighten it for free. service is fast to if you get there early, usually in and out in like 20 minutes. prices feel fair for what you get and they dont try to upsell you on junk you dont need. definately my go to spot for this stuff and i plan on comin back.
