The service was great. I was greeted the minute I pulled up, and despite being third in line, I was pulled into the bay within about five minutes. I was able to stay in my car while they did the oil change, which was nice. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. He also washed my windshield and back window while I waited. The price for the service was originally around $130-$140, but the woman in the car next to me had an extra coupon for $28 off, so the total service ended up being less than $100 after removing the air filter service (we can replace it ourselves). I very much appreciate the service they provide, but it is quite pricey. I can go to Walmart and pay the same amount without a coupon. But of course, I cannot go to Walmart and get immediate service because now you need an appointment and most of the time they’re at least a week out. I understand that you’re paying for quick and immediate service. But again if you’re on a budget Or on a fixed income, that price is gonna be challenging. Otherwise, I thought The service was fantastic!
Came here a few days ago for my first time. I usually go to the dealership for my oil changes. But this particular day I had my children with me. They were being so crazy but the gentleman’s that got my change done were very understanding, calm and straight to it! They were very nice and didn’t make me feel like they were in a rush like all the other places I’ve been to over the years. My kids were arguing a lot fresh out of school and they still were so pleasant. Thank you! I forgot their names however the one gentleman reminded me of old school New Orleans with his kind gestures. And the other gentleman had blondish orange hair he was very thorough. they were there Monday after 3 pm!
Stopped in at Jiffy Lube and was blown away by the great service! A couple of hard-working young men took care of my car and they were awesome from start to finish — fast, professional, and thorough. They explained everything clearly, got the job done right, and made the whole experience super easy. If you need an oil change or any quick service, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend this location! ?
