Every time I go to this location, I am treated so nice and they hold me so fast. I pulled up at 9:05 and literally pulled out at 9:20. I keep going back to this location just because everybody’s so nice and helpful. I was even offered a $10 discount off of my filter which was super nice. The young lady there has helped me before and she’s so friendly. I wish I knew her name but she’s super awesome and so are the rest of the employees. Keep up the good work guys appreciate your time and service services.
I recently brought my car in for an oil change and had the absolute best experience, thanks to Cassie! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and SO helpful. She walked me through everything that was being done to my older Jeep, answered all my questions and made what could have been a mundane errand genuinely enjoyable. The service was quick, thorough, and handled with such care. If you’re heading to this Jiffy Lube, ask for Cassie because she is an absolute rockstar and a huge asset to this team. I’ll definitely be coming back!
These guys rock!! I had a bunch of tools grow legs in a divorce, including the specialty tool I needed to change my oil filter on my car. Stupidly, I didn't realize that until I had drained my oil, so I refilled with fresh oil and left the old oil filter on until I could deal with it. When I got back to attempting to get the filter replaced a few days later, I couldn't get the bolts off for the plate that covers it. Life has been lifeing extra hard lately and while I'm totally capable, I just didn't have the bandwidth to deal with it right now but it HAD to be done. I had all the parts but was just so done with the week. I called these guys up and Cassie told me to come in and they'd get me taken care of. Luka got right in there, cracked this bolts I was having trouble with and got the new filter on for me. Chance helped out getting a new housing for me when they found the old one had a crack in it. Seriously, on a personal level, I can't tell you how much the hand up meant, right now especially. I appreciate the kindness and generosity in their willingness and their work more than I can say. PLEASE give these folks a raise, Jiffy Lube! This is the kind of customer service that is soooo lacking in today's society and people like this should be rewarded for their efforts.
