One of the only car service places I’ve found with a waiting room, which was super helpful since I have a 2 year old and a newborn that struggle sitting in a non-moving car like most car service places have you do nowadays. The waiting room was very clean and had water and snacks while we waited (which kept my 2 year old busy ?). Service was quick and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Alison was the mechanic who helped us most, but everyone there seemed nice. I will definitely be going back here for my future oil changes.
What started as a simple service ended up being pretty complicated - my mechanic explained things really well and walked me through every step of the process. It was an unexpected brake service, but im really grateful that the issue was caught before it became a big problem. Excellent service!
