We had a cover on the bottom of our car come off half way and drag creating a real hazard. I have 2 young children in the car and no tools on me in the family vehicle. We came to these guys in need and they helped us out in a couple quick seconds. Very kind and wouldnt take any payment for this quick one off job. Really saved the day for out little family and helped take a huge hazard off the road.
There was only two workers here. They were both dead tired. I heard their side chatter that they both had a hell of a day. But they stayed professional, friendly, and they verbally verified eachothers work. It sounded like they were following procedures to a T. I usually hate jiffy lube, but I'd come back here based on this one experience
The Jiffy Lube in Chehalis on Louisiana Ave is the best location with the best team. How do I know? I have several cars, and they are always kind and helpful, with legit recommendations and and good follow-through. I definitely recommend this location, especially because of the people. Today they got my Q5 all refreshed and topped up on fluids. Good to go!
