We stopped by Jiffy Lube in White Bear while driving our daughter’s car after noticing it needed oil, and I have to say the service we received was truly exceptional. Layla and Patrick were both professional, kind, and incredibly efficient from the moment we arrived. Layla quickly checked and topped off the oil, making sure everything was good to go, while Patrick went the extra mile and checked our tire pressure without us even asking. That kind of attention to detail and care really stood out. What made the experience even more meaningful was how they took the time to explain what was going on with the car so we fully understood. They didn’t rush us, and they treated us with genuine respect and warmth. You can tell they care about their work and the people they serve. We were in and out in less than five minutes, but the level of service felt like so much more. It’s not every day you come across employees who go above and beyond like that. Credit is definitely due thank you, Layla and Patrick, for your outstanding service. This is a great place to come, and we truly appreciate you both!
I had my oil change, air and cabin air filter replaced at Jiffy Lube, and Bryan and Tou provided great service! They were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently, did an amazing job, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. Bryan did a great job going over some services they provided. I didn't know they do AC recharge, something I need to get done soon. He also went over some other services recommended for the vehicle after a certain amount of miles. No pressure at all and I told him I'd come back next time. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you. I highly recommend them!
