Upon arrival, the customer service was great. Positive professional attitudes. Advised of a slight waiting time, confirmed that they had the required filter for my car. The time wasn't bad at all, before I knew it my vehicle was ready. The price was good and everyone was very polite. I would advise everyone I know with a car to go to this Jiffy Lube.
The Havertown location on 6/13 exceeded my expectations! Unable to get a dealership appointment, I stopped in for an overdue oil change and was glad I did. The friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff took great care of my Lexus RX 350 and made the visit easy and stress-free. Outstanding service—I highly recommend this location for quality automotive care!
Highly recommend. The level of customer service I experienced here today was above and beyond, seriously. And ill be honest I was nervous going here. These gentlemen are professional, kind, honest and thorough. The wait is longer than 15 minutes but that is to be expected when its only 2 guys working on a line a of cars. I did not mind at all because I needed my oil changed and had time to wait.
