This is the absolute best Jiffy Lube location (California, Md) I have ever been to. I was greeted with a smile. I didn't have to wait for a tech to help me. The manager and staff were all pleasant and polite. My vehicle was done before I got my free coffee they were bringing my keys back. Wow that was done in a Jiify!! Lol. My car was vacuumed and I got a free car wash. Please don't sleep on this place. They are awesome. A business is only as good as their staff/customer service and theirs is the best. Thank you so much!!!

First time there for an oil change with my daughter (New Car owner) they were all awesome, explained everything well, ended up we have a leak from the water pump so they are gonna call us Mon. To schedule to come in and fix it. Cleaned the car, filled the tires air, and talked about air filter changes. All very nice and professio al!!

So I've been going to the car wash behind Jiffy Lube for a few months. I ordered my own oil and filter and was planning on changing it at my work this weekend but decided to give them a call. Great customer service, I got there early I guess so I got in and out with not issues. Even met a gentleman by the name of Mike who was waiting for his vehicle to get done. For sure will go back the next time. You all were the best, thank you for what you do!!
