I had such an amazing experience today when I was in store. The customer service and work done on my car by the team there was excellent! Everyone was so kind and generous to me. All of the staff asked me if I needed assistance and made sure all my needs were taken care of. The door of my car was always opened for me, and the door of the building was opened for me as well. Everything was explained in full detail to me and it helped me with understanding everything about my car and what I was paying for. The staff are very thorough at their jobs and are very hard workers, I commend them for such hard work! They were all so respectful to me and I was treated with such kindness by them all. They got the job done very fast when I expected to be there for a longer period of time. I had happy time talking to the staff members and I can’t thank everyone enough for their diligence and hard work. They are truly an awesome team and they made my day just that much easier, better and brighter. Thank you all so much for your awesome work! I can’t thank you enough.
Trevor and his crew were outstanding. They found a problem with my oil filter housing that was causing my engine to not get enough oil. It was put in without a part at last oil change someplace else. I got the part and they installed it. Recommend highly
Favian and the crew he was working with were extremely professional and worked fast. The wait was less that I expected and they were really busy. Got my vehicle registered for me and ran my emissions. Even with a long line I was taken care of quickly and the team worked very efficiently.
