I have been a customer with Jiffy Lube for years. We had an unfortunate mistake made with the cab filter replacement, after discovering the broken cover after a recent service, we returned to discuss with Aaron (the owner). After some discussion we visited a mechanic regarding the repair, as it turns out it is a rather expensive repair. Aaron and I spoke again regarding this repair, the cost did not seem reasonable to Jiffy Lube. Aaron called me a few days later to offer me an amount that he considered reasonable. I was very happy with the approach Aaron took with this matter, we accepted his offer. I will continue to be a faithful customer, and hope more people will visit Redmond Jiffy Lube, you will not be disappointed with the work performed or the honesty of this company.
Great place, they know what they are doing. Very nice people. Also they say they have the best oil since it is made from natural gas, it is more pure. Don't know but my car seems to like it and sometimes I go a long time between services and this oil holds up
