Yesterday i went to the syracuse Jiffy Lube for renewal, the mechanic Isaac, said he'd give me the $6 off coupon (I left my phone home that showed it), and when I got home I noticed on the receipt that we both 4got the coupon! He was very polite and showed me my filthy air filter, changed it, and said my coolant was empty. I told him i could fill it at home. I went back today and was reimbursed for the coupon! I'll give 5 stars! I was there for a late inspection 2 months ago and they never said anything about the air filter or coolant. So this young man was on top of his game cuz he did a thorough inspection! I really appreciated it! Thanks Isaac!
Noticed my car was leaking some oil (had an oil change done at a dealership a couple days prior) they got me right in and noticed the plug didn’t get tightened all the way. They got it all fixed up, made sure my oil was still full, even topped off my windshield fluid and sent me on my way. They were super kind and professional. Will definitely be back.
