I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube in Hummelstown for at least 8 years and have always had positive experiences. Yesterday was no different. The team - Stefon, Alex, Ty, Dan, Mario, and Darian did an exceptional job. They were friendly, professional, fast, efficient and detail-oriented. What I like most is that they don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. I trust them, and that is rare for car guys. Highly recommend!!
First time @ Jiffy Lube. I was impressed, the valet even held the door for me and drove in the car himself. Prices were fair I guess...if I wanted it cheap I guess I'd have to do it myself. Service was great and so were the techs. They were even open til 7!
This was my second visit for an oil change. Two separate vehicles. Staff were very nice in helping me choose the best oil for each vehicle. (2020 Ford and 2015 Jeep) They even told me that I could look up a coupon for the service. With the jeep, they found an issue. They took the time to explain the issue and quote me what it would cost to have it fixed there. When I wasn't sure (needed to talk to my dad) he was very nice and told me what to do to make sure the vehicle was safe until I had the issue fixed, even if I didn't get it done there. Very happy with the service and professionalism.
