I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s hard to find honest, friendly service these days, and their team definitely delivered. I really appreciated how respectful and helpful everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service.
They installed a used cabin air filter in my Lexus. They charged me $44. It stunk so bad, I had to go to the Jiffy Lube in Cedar to have the filter removed. As soon as they took it out the smell went away. The filter was clearly used it definitely made my car stink. When I went back to the River Road Jiffy Lube to have them replace the filter, the manager insisted it was not used, even though we could clearly see the black shadowing. After a 10-minute argument with the manager he finally replaced it. Make sure you inspect the new filters and keep the old. Now I have to wonder about my engine air filter and oil filter? If they're willing to rip me off for $44 on a cabin filter, I'm sure they're willing to rip me off anywhere else along the line. This filter was taken out less than 100 miles after it was installed. The manager looked me right in the face and said it looks brand new. I had to laugh as I took it out of his hands and told him to go get a new one. He pissed and moaned for another couple minutes then he realized that he was caught red-handed and there's no way out. so he went and got the new filter. He handed it to one of the Slackers but I made the manager put it in. Looks like we'll be taking our business to Grease Monkey! I read the response, still trying to backpedal. Look at the pics and you be the judge. I put the filter in in St George and took it out in Cedar City my car stumped the whole trip less than a hundred miles that filter was used when it was installed.
We were in town from Utah County for a wedding and needed an oil change for my 2017 F-150 Raptor on short notice. They got me in immediately with no wait, and the entire service was finished in about 15–20 minutes. They changed the oil, topped off all the fluids, and replaced both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. The staff was super friendly, professional, and efficient. Great service, a great attitude, and an overall awesome experience. I’d definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube!
