I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube last night! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out much faster than I expected. They walked me through everything they were doing without being pushy, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about both quality service and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!
Went in for an emissions test today and watched one of the technicians work with a young couple, explaining everything they had done multiple times until the couple was satisfied. That kind of patience in customer service is largely lost these days.
These guys are always courteous and professional. They do quality work. The customer service is awesome. They helped me when I needed rusted bolts taken off my license plate, and they gladly made it a team effort. The South Jordan Parkway mechanics are great!
