This place was exceptional, I felt as if I was getting an inspection at the truck scales. ( in a good way ) not only an oil change but so much more. Very professional, friendly service. They brought to my attention, numerous issues on my vehicle. I would recommend this place to everyone. Very fast service also. A crew swarmed my vehicle as if I was pulling into the pits on a nascar track. And completed all there work before I even finished my cup of Joe. It was awesome!
Friendly & courteous staff. Nice comfortable waiting area. Clean restroom. I was shown and asked about my air filter and cabin filter. Both seemed fairly dirty, so I went ahead and agreed to get new ones installed. Detailed invoice is nice and informative. Showed me all items that were checked and / or serviced. Only took about 20 minutes, which seemed very efficient in my opinion. I will definitely be back.
My wife and I took both of our cars in for oil changes today. Mine was done right away, but there was some sort of mixup, and there was a delay servicing my wife’s car. When we made the manager aware of this, he apologized and immediately took care of the issue. Mistakes happen - we were more than fairly compensated for the error and felt very well taken care of. Great management!
