I had an oil change done at Jiffy Lube and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician (Phil) went well above and beyond what I expected. Instead of just performing the service and sending me on my way, he took the time to carefully explain each service my vehicle needed and why it was important. He walked me through things like the oil change itself, fluid checks, and other recommended maintenance, making sure I actually understood how each service helps keep my engine running smoothly and prevents bigger problems down the road. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything unnecessary—he genuinely wanted to help me take better care of my vehicle. Customer service like that is rare these days. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape and that I learned something valuable about maintaining it properly.
