Ron was lowkey chill. You have to come into a jiffy lube expecting to be sold things, it’s their job. But my guy Ron was super respectful, just let me know what I should pay attention to in the future and that he does offer the service if I was to come back. 30 minutes in and out for an oil change.

He took the time to explain that my serpentine belt was showing signs of wear and even showed me a photo so I could clearly see the condition of the belt for myself. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency, which made me feel confident agreeing to the replacement service. Tia completed the serpentine belt replacement, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. The whole team was knowledgeable, respectful, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I was in and out with no issues, and the level of customer care truly stood out. It’s hard to find businesses that combine great service, professionalism, and efficiency the way this team did.
