Andreas and the crew here do an excellent job and are very transparent. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I would definitely drive out of my way to get my oil changed here again
Very friendly employees. Employees explain what they serviced in terms that a non mechanic can understand. They show you the oil level and give recommendations of other services, but they are not pushy about it. The service is quick and I am not there any longer than 20 minutes once they get to my vehicle. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.
The young men there are very nice and knowledgeable. They help you understand everything they did and they show you. They explain it all. I love that. I'm not very knowledgeable about car (under the hood). I've learned a lot with them. They don't cheat you because you're a woman. They explain it to you.?
