Had a flat tire on my way to work limped it to the closest place I could find...1 pulled in and they immediately took it back and began to fix it. The Manager came out to talk to me and let me know that my tread is really low so they could out a temporary patch that should hold until Monday, showed me the low tread issue and then when I asked how much the bill is , he said it's free! I cried like a baby , and so very grateful for Jiffy Lube. They have my business from this day forward.
The degree of customer service I received at the Hurricane Utah Jiffy Lube today was the best I’ve ever experienced at an oil change establishment. Every single employee I met was professional, kind, helpful, respectful, and explained the services that my car needed in a way that was easy for me to understand. I only get $1,000/month on social security disability so money is tight, but they still treated me with the utmost respect and helped me choose services (oil change and engine flush) that matched my budget, but in a way that all of my needs were still met. I’ve been going to Walmart for my oil changes for years and this 1 visit was better than all of the other Walmart oil changes I’ve ever had combined. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into any up-charges or unnecessary services. I will be recommending Hurricane Jiffy Lube to my friends and family. THANK YOU!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Phil and his team at Jiffy Lube were amazing. Very personable and easy to talk to. Even listen to our boring travel stories with our RV. By the time we finishing chatting our oil change was done and they pointed out that one of our tires was showing wear and offered to replace it. We are dedicated Jiffy Lube customers for three decades as we travel the country and service like that Phil provided is just one of the reasons.
