Brooke and her team at Jiffy Lube are absolutely top-tier. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in their work the bathrooms are spotless, the office is clean and organized, and the whole place just feels professional. What really stood out is how hard everyone is working. These guys are hauling ass on every project, staying focused, efficient, and getting things done right without cutting corners. You don’t see that level of hustle and teamwork everywhere. Brooke runs a tight, well managed operation, and it shows in every detail. They always take such great care of my vehicle, and that’s exactly why I continue coming back to this particular service center. Brooke does an excellent job leading her team, and it truly shows in the way everyone works together so cohesively and professionally. I don’t generally go to Jiffy Lube because the service tends to be not great or I find cheaper/better deals elsewhere. There’s a location by my house though so for convenience sake, I decided to go for my registration renewal and it was good. The guy who checked me in was very friendly. I only waited like 15 minutes, and whoever chose the tv channel - 10/10. When I was checked out by William, I pulled up a little discount thing from online and he had a better one! That alone is enough to make me go back to this location for some of my many other maintenance needs. Thanks y’all!
