I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube several times and I stayed impressed at how well this business operates! What stands out most is the culture. You can tell this isn’t just good training — the team genuinely cares, and it shows in how they treat customers. That kind of authenticity is rare. On top of that, the service is consistently fast, efficient, and on point. In my opinion, this is one of the best-run operations I’ve come across in any industry! Incredible business. Kudos to the staff. Kudos to the owner. Well done. A lot of businesses could learn from this place.
I had the most wonderful experience at this location! My car needed an upper control arm assembly. Bryan, the manager, and his team were excellent to work with. I was in at 9am and out by 10:40 am with a very reasonable bill. I am 65, a woman, and no one tried to take advantage of my situation. The next time I need help with my car, I will be returning to this location and team. I was amazed at the professionalism of the whole team. We cannot say enough good things about Jiffy Lube on 82nd St. in Lubbock! The entire crew was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful during a stressful situation. We were left in a bind because of an issue with a rental car from Enterprise, and the team at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to help us. A special thank you to Vice, the manager, who was absolutely awesome. He took the time to help us, answer our questions, and make sure we were taken care of. His kindness and customer service made all the difference. We are extremely grateful for the entire staff and highly recommend this location to anyone needing honest, friendly, and reliable service.
