They were wonderful! Since this was the very first time I did this, they knew I was nervous and talked me through the whole thing. They told me what they were doing as they did it. I was afraid that they would see me as a clueless female but they didn’t. I was so impressed by them that I took my car back to them the next for inspection. I will always take my car to Jiffy Lube on S. 4th Street.
1st time at this Jiffy Lube. They took me immediately - no waiting. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by the employees with whom I interfaced! I must commend the snow plows because this location is space-limited outside, but the snow crews did a great job of piling it up! Overall, I was quite pleased with the work performed.
Managed well ,good crew, responsible even when facing a down bay and multiple cars beginning to line up, they held their composure and got everybody taken care of in a prompt and safe manner. Kudos to the team that’s currently working there.
