I am so pleased that I came to Jiffy Lube. Normally, I go to a competitor for my oil changes but I was given gift cards that led me to this establishment. I was treated with respect from the moment I arrived. The gentlemen who serviced my car were knowledgeable and kind. I did not feel pressured to buy unnecessary items, which was greatly appreciated. Sam, Jason and Houston did a wonderful job. Because of their service, I will be a repeat customer! Thanks guys.
The best place I have ever been! The mechanics are kind and they don't try to push other services. They let you now about the problems and honest about whether you need it fixed or can wait. They are very thorough and get it done quickly. They also don't treat you like your stupid and try to take advantage of you. Number 1 place to go for an oil change in frankfort.
I originally went there for an oil change. While I was waiting one of the mechanics advised me of a major fire hazard they discovered under the hood of my truck. We live in the country but drive this truck on a regular basis. Imagine my surprise when he showed me a mess of some sort of nest made up of hay & für from various unknown sources! The mechanics were kind enough to vacuum & blow all of debris out of the motor prior to changing the oil. Super nice & very professional crew! Highly recommend this business.
