I got an oil change today at the Beloit location. I had never had an oil change at a Jiffy lube before. The male technician (I don't remember his name) and Rosie were both very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was a very quick visit - I was in and out in about 20/25 minutes!
The employees here have a great attitude and sense of humor. They not only quickly changed my oil quickly, but pointed out to me that one of my turn signals had gone out on my vehicle. They went out of their way to locate a bulb and had it brought to the location to be replaced in less than 20 minutes. What a great group of mechanics!
These employees are the best. We were on the road and hit an object which broke up the front of the car. The technicians worked on the car making it safe to drive until a more permanent solution was possible. We were most appreciative of their prompt, courteous, and competent service. Their knowledge goes far beyond changing oil. Thank you.
