I recently went to Jiffy Lube for the first time. I don’t usually think about leaving reviews but they were so exceptional I decided to do so. I was immediately greeted and asked if I’d like a cold bottle of water on a very hot day. They were knowledgeable, respectful, thorough and efficient. They also offered me a coupon. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will be returning
I absolutely love coming here for oil changes and such. The staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad interaction with anyone there. They never talk down to you or try to sell you things you don't need. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with a well stocked fridge for drinks and hot coffee is waiting for you. They are very efficient with the services and I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I recommend this specific Jiffy Lube to all my friends, coworkers, and family.
Outstanding customer service--arrived at a fairly busy day and time in need of an oil change and state inspection. Was greeted by Dale, who let me know the current wait, then advised days and times that we're typically less busy. Came back when he advised-- got there a little before they opened, and another technician still came out to greet me. Got me right in, everything done, pulled out of there 32 minutes after pulling in. Efficient, extremely friendly-- again, special shout out to Dale, this is now my go-to!
