Good crew! Wanted to shout out Justin, he was very friendly and helpful and worked with me for what I wanted done/checked. Feels like they genuinely care about you and your experience. They were honest and did not try to screw me over- I will absolutely be back and recommend several friends to come here for their brakes.
The sign advertising no appointment needed for an inspection got me in the door bc it seems most places require an appointment or you drop your car off. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by someone. My car was being inspected minutes later. When it came time for me to check out, I chatted with the guy at the register and mentioned my spare tire was on my car because my regular tire had popped. For $20 they patched my popped tire, put it on my car snd mounted my spare under my vehicle. I then found out they not only do oil changes, but they do transmission fluid and brakes, all with no appointment. That’s very convenient. Everyone there was so nice and professional. I’ve been looking for a place to have my car serviced. I can’t wait to come back here.
These guys made me ditch the other company I was legal to a few years ago. This jiffy lube location is the best. They have given me the most affordable options in the entire area. They are also VERY polite and courteous right from the moment you pull up by opening the doors for me. They have done me a few solids and the manager who just got promoted, bryn, has been very good at explaining things to me too wothout making me feel dumb.
