An Absolute 5-Star Experience — Ask for Joseph! I can’t say enough great things about the Jiffy Lube on Holt Blvd in Montclair. From the moment I pulled in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and genuinely valued as a customer. Every single staff member was warm, friendly, and professional — the kind of energy that’s rare to find and even harder to forget. What stood out most was how thorough they were. They didn’t just do the bare minimum — they made sure all of my needs were addressed and that I drove off feeling completely taken care of. No pressure, no upsells, just honest, attentive service. A very special shout-out to Joseph, who truly went above and beyond. His customer service was outstanding — knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making sure my visit was a great one. Oh my God, I love this place. Had an oil change done …. Coming back for more services brakes transmission, fluid brake fluid filters you name it ….The service was beyond. Great. I would definitely be coming back here again !!!!! Alyssa , Leo and the whole team….. I would give it 100 stars. I was so welcomed they checked everything. This was my first time ever trying an oil change place as I usually do my own. I went in with a half glass empty mindset. But, boy was I wrong and blown away. I loved the experience of the staff from the waiting/register to my technician. They were amazing and had me out within 10 minutes. I will definitely go back and are my go to for oil changes on my suv. Came back for my Kia optima and Micah was great. She was a super professional and great customer service.
