Genuine and Helpful: They were quick, knowledgeable, and at a reasonable price. I stopped in for tire rotation and oil change without an appointment and was finished in 20 mins. They reviewed my car’s history and had factory recommendations for what items to have serviced now and what could wait. They also added if I scheduled the service before hand they could ensure to have the factory brand parts for the job. No sales pressure just helpful information. Thank you!
Always skeptical of quick oil change places. But, this place is fantastic. Tristan never tried to upsell anything and he showed me a nail in my tire and fixed it on the spot. Very helpful and friendly staff and the place was spotless. Surprised the line for service doesnt extend into the Menards parking lot.
I stopped in only 15 min from close (after my normal oil change spot was randomly closed early) and they were more than happy to accommodate me for a quick oil change. Kevin, in particular, was spectacular and very knowledgeable. This store is EXTREMELY clean and they were also accommodating of honoring a coupon from another place. The prices here are better anyways! I’ll definitely be coming back here for any of the oil changes I don’t do myself.
