The employees (Waylon & Logan) were very polite, straightforward and explained their every move on my car. The price was excellent for what was performed on my vehicle! I saved more than half the amount by not taking my vehicle into the Hyundai dealership per requested by the liars at Jiffy Lube. I’ll definitely be back before going anywhere else! This was my first visit to this establishment, and I couldn’t be more happy. The young lady who helped me was very sweet. She took her time to explain everything very well. What I liked the most was that you don’t have to exit your vehicle. Everything was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a simple and quick oil change for a good price this is the place to go for sure. They also offer military and ride share driver discounts.
The owner must be proud of his employees, Logan, Michael and Darren. Superb customer service by all of them. They were short staffed and at the end of the day, I could tell they were tired. They managed to get us in right before closing when I’m sure they were ready to close shop and call it day. Great guys, made us feel warm and welcome. This kind of customer service creates loyalty. We will be coming back again and again with all of our vehicles. Many thanks, especially to Logan, Michael and Darren. Highly recommend.
