Accidentally left my review for the wrong location. I was definitely at this Villa location. A certain automotive department at a certain one stop shop claimed my drain plug was too tight to work on. Called “Oil Changers” at random and explained the situation. They said they’d get their best guy on it and make it happen one way or another. I finally had a chance to go in May 16th. Staff was very friendly, polite and attentive. They got that oil plug out no problem. They did notice the threads on my oil pan were slightly damaged and would likely continue to get damaged at every oil change. So they offered me a new drain plug buuuuttt recommended this self tapping plug as a more permanent and secure solution. Never seen something like that. It was a tapered self tapping bolt with a smaller plug built into it. I was thinking best case scenario a tap and die solution, worst case scenario a whole new oil pan. Nope. Oil Changers took care of it all for the price of the oil change. Also changed out my air filter for free since I had a brand new one in the trunk. It’s a really cool “drive through” experience and would highly recommend. They wiped my windshield, checked my tire pressure and tested my headlights and taillights. Okay I’ll say it… I’m done with Walmart and will be returning HERE for my next oil change and the next one after that. I’m really grateful as I was really stressing out about how much a new oil pan would cost but these guys know what they’re doing. Really appreciate you guys for alleviating my concerns over an expensive repair.
Absolutely loved my experience at Oil Changers in Clovis. I was well taken care of and appreciated the service given to veterans like myself. Though the price may be a little more expensive, it's worth it to drive in “old school” and wait in your car, be in and out with quality service in 15 minutes. Any money you might save at, say, Walmart, is worth it, since you're not waiting an hour plus to be seen (even with an appointment), and the discount for veterans is so appreciated. I will definitely be back for all their services in the future. Thanks, guys!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Oil Changers on Villa Ave in Clovis. The staff was friendly, professional, and had me in and out quickly. The convenience and speed of service were impressive, and everyone was courteous throughout the entire visit. What I appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure sales tactics. They explained what was recommended without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which is becoming harder to find these days. Honest, efficient, and customer-focused service. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and hassle-free oil change.
