To whom it may concern: Oil Changers Yesterday morning I had an oil change at the Oil Changers location in Davis, California. I have been bringing my vehicles to that location for years now, and have always received great service with warm reception. Today, I must say; yesterday’s customer service and service experience was exceptional. Everyone that I came into contact with had a positive attitude and carried out their task with a quick efficient manner. One employee named Dominic led the way in providing such a polished experience, I had to write about it. He has an easy going calmness that he uses to share information on service and the condition of your vehicle, that makes you feel good and confident when you drive off. I was two quarts low. He showed me the new filter (inspected it with me, in front of me), and showed the drain plug… and, he was knowledgeable about the current promotion, helping me use the best available option for my needs; I got an oil treatment and one other freebie from the coupon I had via email. My first drive through mechanic experience, I went based on recommendation from a friend. Serviced by Dominic & Angel, greeted by another employee who was helpful, but I didn’t catch his name. I was visibly nervous and they did a great job answering my numerous questions without making me feel talked down to. Transparent, reasonable pricing & no pressure to buy more services.
