Today was my first time coming here and I had an excellent experience at Oil Changers in Fair Oaks! This was by far the easiest and most customer-friendly drive-through oil change I’ve ever had. You never have to get out of your vehicle. As soon as I pulled up, they offered me a complimentary bottle of water and a cup of coffee. While my van was being serviced, they even had cool air blowing into my vehicle so I could stay comfortable in the California heat. I had my kids with me, and they were so kind and patient. They even let us use the employee restroom, which I really appreciated. I also loved how transparent they were throughout the service. They showed me my oil dipstick before and after the oil change, showed me my old oil filter, and inspected my engine air filter with me so I could actually see its condition instead of just taking their word for it. They also cleaned my windows, checked and filled all my tires, lubricated my door hinges, and completed everything quickly without me ever leaving my seat. If you’re looking for a fast, honest, and convenient oil change in Fair Oaks, I highly recommend Oil Changers. The customer service was outstanding, the team was professional, and they really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!
They're super fast, friendly and professional. They give you options and keep you informed on what suggested maintenance I might need in the future. They are super low pressure though and have a kinda “okay no big deal” kinda vibe. Which makes me feel like they listen. That might be how they get you tbh. Bc I did opt in for a engine air fliter and a premium oil filter. But they threw in a coupon for me with out being asked. Will definitely be coming back for needs in the future
Desperately needed a LONG overdue oil change! Pulled in and figured it would be the same old routine of pulling in and going into a room and waiting..... but I was pleasantly surprised to have a new way to go about it! I got to hang out in my car and was offered a coffee or a water while I waited. I was brought an ice cold water bottle And also asked if I wanted to have actual air conditioning pumped in from from a unit, through my passenger window to keep cool while they change the oil! What an awesome idea! All the employees were super polite and informative and absolutely not pushy whatsoever. I was completely satisfied with the whole service. An exceptional service today. Great job guys!
