I am so pleased with the service at Oil Changers on 7th. By the time I got to my usual service center, they said they couldn’t take me after 4:30 since they close at 6. So I was desperate and Googled “where can I get a late oil change in Hanford”, and they came up. I called and Tristan (not sure of spelling) answered so kindly and said “as long as you’re here by 7 you’re good!” So I rolled in and Tristan and Adam are the nicest young men.. kept calling me “ma’am” and showed me my filters and was totally honest with me, not trying to overcharge me. I mean, yeah, it was a little warm in the car waiting, but at least I know I won’t be stuck on the side of the road in the heat somewhere. Just overall great service and nice young men. That really matters :). Thank you! ??
A great experience! Had my two grandchildren with me always a pleasure but if cooped up too long can be a handful!! Service was fast and they cleaned my buggy windshield!! I had several services and was out in record time. Less than an hour for oil change, transmission service and coolant exchange, and new air filter because it’s dirty and buggy this time of year!! This is my go to for any car servicing. Love this place! And the technicians were super fast, knowledgeable and nice to my noisy kids!!
I at first went to a location that was closer to my work, but unfortunately they were full up, plus 2. I was able to go to the other location downtown, and lo and behold they were ready and able to take me in. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner and was also able to use my $15 off coupon I received via email. The hood and lube techs were awesome, very nice, and thorough on my service. Unfortunately I don’t have their names, but I do have their tech numbers from my receipt. I do hope that I would be contacted by their manager Juan or assistant manager Keith so I can let them know in person how awesome their employees are. ☺️
