Great deal and exceptional service!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in for an overdue oil change at 100,000 miles, and they also took care of my transmission fluid and coolant service. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and got everything done efficiently. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me, but he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. My new go-to for oil changes, maintenance, and vehicle upkeep. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience here. I arrived right when they were about to close, but they still took the time to help me. Golden and his manager, Mr. Kaiser, were both incredibly kind and professional. They didn’t rush me at all—instead, they stayed and made sure the issue under my car was properly taken care of. I truly appreciate their honesty, patience, and willingness to go out of their way to help, even after hours. That kind of service is rare. Highly recommend this place. I always come to this Oil Changer location because it has always been such a positive experience. I never have to worry about being pressured for additional services or offered things I don’t need and Kaiser is my go-to guy! :) I trust when he makes recommendations and really takes the time to explain what services I absolutely need done right away or very soon for my high mileage vehicle. The entire crew shows above and beyond customer service and it is always a quick and easy process. I also love how they save your vehicle information in their system and greet you by name, saves so much time and makes it so much more personalized as a return customer. Highly recommend this location.
