We were highly impressed and thoroughly surprised. We did not know such a place existed. We were highly satisfied and impressed with what the whole experience offered. We did not expect to have to stay in the car. That was a wonderful experience as if driving into a car wash or fast food drive through. I teased the worker if I could also order a hamburger and fries. He laughed. I can't remember his name but he did an excellent job, was very, kind, courteous, friendly, and thorough. We lived the experience and will definitely return for our next oil change. We definitely got more for our money than what was expected! Thank you
Joel and Devon had excellent customer service today as always. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years, maybe more, maybe less, and I keep coming back because of the great service I have received. I have had both of these gentleman numerous times and it doesn’t matter if they are super busy or not I receive the same amazing service. They approach my vehicle with a smile on their face and answer all my questions as if I’m the only customer there. I truly appreciate all of your kindness and hard work. Keep up the great work because your customer service is why I keep coming back. Oh and I can’t forget the ones underneath, I may never get to see you but you’re doing an awesome job because my last car (a Nissan Altima) went to 380,000 miles and all my oil changes were done with you guys! Have a beautifully blessed day! :)
My experience at Oil Changers was better than I could have imagined. The thorough service and the careful q and a from the assistant, Isidro, was attentive beyond expectations; he checked in with me at every step, whether simply filling the fluid reservoirs or washing my windshield. He even noticed a broken part, immediately had his manager get a replacement, and promised to inform me when it came in for installation. 5 bright stars from me! And he even showed me the air filter and told me it was still good.
