This Friday I arrived at 6pm at closing , thought they were open until 7pm . Despite arriving at closing time everybody was extremely accommodating and friendly . No attitude just anxious to take care of us . They took their time changed the oil and went down the list to make sure everything was done properly. Giving me the option of taking care of other things that needed to be done . I have been there before and cannot recommend them enough . Great place
Great experience, stopped by before a trip from NorCal to LA. The gentleman with glasses helped me out tremendously topped off my car with oil and some additives to help oil burn efficiently. Was considering doing an oil changed prior but he gave me honest feedback that I'd be good for another few hundred miles. Returned from my trip and without hesitation I came back to do the oil change. Luckily same crew was on site and they were super chill no harsh upsells. I just moved to the bay and my auntie recommended this place, safe to say I'll be coming here for all my fluid services ??
I recently got an oil change here and had a very good experience. My oil change was super fast… but what stood out the most was the customer service. I was helped by 2 different young men who explained everything clearly and did not pressure me into getting additional services. Thank you to Max for doing such a great job and thank you to the gentleman that checked me in - I did not catch his name but he mentioned he had been in the Coast Guard. You guys both made my visit easy and quick. Thank you!
