I am absolutely blown away by the service I received at Oil Changers Hilltop! I brought my Jeep Wrangler 4x4 in for their drive-through oil change service and left as a customer for life! The Manager, Jun, personally worked on my Jeep, and he and his crew went above and beyond in every way. Not only did they change my oil and air filter, but they also completed a full multi-point safety inspection, checked my tire pressure, topped off all my fluids under the hood, and even cleaned my windows! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. I was also impressed by how clean and organized the shop was and how smoothly the entire facility operated. Jun, it’s obvious you take great pride in your work because you run your shop like a well-oiled machine—pardon the pun! ? It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and I am truly grateful. If you want honest, five-star service, go see Jun and his crew—you won’t be disappointed?
Miguel and the entire team here are outstanding. I completed my own oil change at home, but my oil filter was stuck and I couldn’t remove it. I called Miguel, and he was more than willing to help. I brought my car in, and they quickly took care of the oil filter for me. While waiting, I noticed the staff providing excellent service to other customers — cleaning windshields, checking and properly inflating tires, and making sure everything was done with care and professionalism. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive. I highly recommend this Oil Changers location for their excellent customer service and quality work.
Always professional with top notch customer service. After a short while, they learn who you are by face and not by license plate. Who doesn't love that !! They never try to oversell. They give you the best prices at the best deals they offer. In my opinion, probably the best oil changes in the Bay area. And I'm a 63 year old man who's lived in the bay area all his life. I know the bay... So when I say the Bay Area, I'm talking about from south San Jose to Vallejo.... From Mountain View to Santa Rosa, these guys don't play !!
