I had a great experience the manager I think NICK? Was amazing I had two toddlers in the car for a service that should have took way longer but he got me in an out so fast! He let me know the things I did & didn’t need. He & his team were amazing. Great personalities , very professional & learned a lot of things. I spent a pretty penny there. But I would definitely go back! They were all great. Thank you very much
The reason for the 5 stars was due to how much communication was made during my visit. I was initially told 15-20 minutes and then once the 20 minutes had occured...I was informed that it would take another 10 minutes for a service to start on my car. Thankfully, a little before the 10 minute mark , I was assisted by another staff with getting my information and doing some general inspections before I did my oil change. Everyone was super friendly and things were running smoothly.
I had an oil change with special additive they recommended since my ride has so many miles on it. My experience has always been great! They are friendly and efficient! I appreciate how well they treat and communicate with each other. It's nice to know I don't have to set aside a huge chunk of my time to get this service done. Thank you to Oil Changers EMPLOYEES, keep up the Awesome job you do!
