I just wanted to jump on here and share my experience this morning. I pulled into oil changers last minute right before I had to go to work. I was greeted by Jason. He was amazing and so was his crew. They were fast, efficient and super friendly and they got me out of there really fast. Most companies are lacking in customer service these days but not this one! I will be back.
I wanted an oil drive without the drama of an upsell from an auto place.I chose Oil Changers based on the reviews and I was very pleased with the decision. I called in advance to see if they service my car type, and the person asked a series of questions to confirm rather than just saying yes to get my business. I knew they were careful at that point. Good customer service and all employees seem to have a positve attitude about their work.
I went to have suggested work done (precautionary) and also an oil change. The guys checked and told me that I really didn't need the extra work or the oil change but did the oil because I ask them to anyway. They checked everything over, which was great. They were quick, courteous, and honest. I would highly recommend Oil Changers if you aren't sure where to go.
