amazing service:) i originally came to have my transmission fluid changed, which they did. they then checked my oil and with my permission changed that as well, put a cleaner in my gas and engine, put air in my tires, and switched out my AC filter for under $300 :) they educated me on my car maintenance a bit so that i can take better care of my car, while also educating me on my cars mileage limits and little things like that so that i can be more aware of my car's care. 10/10 service forsure, they were very upfront and transparent with me about costs and what they offer. definitely am coming again if i need another repair/fluid change
Absolutely superb customer service! My experience here is always a pleasant one. My most recent experience was nothing less. I had my vehicle serviced 07/02/2026 by Jacob and Alejandro. Jacob was so polite and respectful, such a pleasure to deal with. He took his time to have a conversation with my son and I. He was thorough with my vehicle both with the oil change and inspection. I will definitely keep coming back here for my oil changes, this location knows how to take care of their customers!
My daughter and I met my mom in yuba City for mother's Day lunch, she is from chico, we are from Sacramento. I just purchased a vehicle yesterday from triple crown in Sacramento. There was water leaking from underneath and I was a bit worried. I bought a protection plan to where I can return the car tomorrow by 8:00 p.m. if it doesn't pass pre-purchase inspection. I am having that done tomorrow. In the meantime, I pulled up to oil changers here in yuba City to have them check out my vehicle. Bob was amazing! He inspected my entire car and gave me the best feedback ever! I felt like he was honest, kind and knows how to make a customer feel at ease with his honesty. I don't live in Yuba city, but I will definitely stop to their shop if I am traveling through to see Mom. They do have an oil changers also in Sacramento, which I intend to visit. Thank you Bob for taking your time to thoroughly look over my new car and give me all the best advice I needed, as well as to print up everything that needed to be done with the car. I highly recommend this business. ?
