I arrived 30 minutes before opening for an oil change and safety inspection, and from the moment they opened, Chelsea provided exceptional customer service! I highly recommend arriving early, as the line can get long before opening, especially if you need a safety inspection. The vehicle queue can be a little tricky to navigate at first, but the staff does a great job keeping things organized. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable, professional, and polite throughout the process. Overall, it was a positive experience, and Chelsea deserves recognition for her outstanding service!!
Due to my severe procrastination, the day I needed to renew my safety inspection was all booked solid. An Oil Changers mechanic was kind enough to tell me to return the following day during their open times. I went back the next morning and as expected, there was a line. Waited for about 45 minutes and was directed to park to the next available work area. I was assisted by Ed who was so nice and professional. He asked for my documents, then started the inspection of my car. Once he was done, he said I was good to go. He worked so quickly that that I didn’t even see him place the new sticker on my bumper. I would highly recommend coming to this location for your safety inspection needs. With the high demand at the end of the month and into the beginning of the next, Ed showed outstanding customer service! Mahalo Ed for your professionalism and courteous service! I will definitely be back because of Ed, but will make sure I plan ahead of time before the mad rush.
Ed did a wonderful job with my safety inspection. I was able to do a walk in, got there about 7:15 (inspections start at 8) and there were already a couple of cars ahead of me. The staff at Oil Changers kept me informed with where I was on the waitlist and quoted me about an hour and a half of waiting. Easy peasy and better than waiting for weeks for an appointment somewhere. Ed was very efficient and kind. 10/10 would recommend this location!
