Great crew. They were so helpful and checked every thing for me and was very respectful. They were personal and didnt over charge. They told me what to expect. Definitely will do all my business threw them now. Great place.
James and cody were great at making sure my oil change experience at this oil and lube shop in Mt. Sterling was handled in a professional and timely manner. Other employees as well changed tire pressure to what vehicle specs recommend but also were flexible in asking whether or not that was ok or if I preferred another setting. Also they were very knowledgeable about other components of my vehicle may need maintenance eventually but were also honest when I asked them if it was considered a necessity at the moment and gave me an honest answer instead of pushing me into a sale. Lots of integrity here from this establishment and that goes a long way. Thank you to all the gentlemen that serviced my vehicle. Been coming here periodically when I can't get it done myself and I never felt like I was in the wrong hands.
Great for oil change. Convenient you can stay in your car. Appreciated the honesty, I asked for air filter and windshield wipers replaced; they said it wasn’t needed at this time. Showed me the oil stick before and after. Answered all my questions, very courteous. Checked and added air to my tires. Checked my lights. As a woman, the services truly appreciated. Happy to find a trustworthy business.
