Oil Changers is my go to place for all oil changes and basic car maintenance and they never let me down. The service is incredibly fast and efficient, and I am always back on the road in no time without having to make an appointment. The technicians are professional, thorough, and always take the time to explain what they are doing and what your car may need. The pricing is very fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend Oil Changers to anyone looking for quick, reliable, and honest car maintenance in Austin.
These guys are great, whole crew- top to bottom. Everyone is quick obviously, but veryprofessional, and courteous. They'll explain it if you need them too. I have no problem with any of their prices, because they do very good work, consistently. I've got 3 cars that we do Oil changes, Transmission fluid replacements, checkups-all right here on 10th in McAllen. (They offer several more services.) Quick, easy, affordable and dependable. Go once and you won't go anywhere else again.
Dan and Kyle at the Guadalupe location - exceptional service that earned a customer for life! ? I came in for what should have been a routine oil change, but my previous shop had screwed the oil filter on so tight it was completely stuck. Dan and Kyle stayed well past closing time to get it off -they didn't make excuses, didn't tell me to come back another day, and didn't give up! They worked on the problem until it was solved && then replaced my filter with a brand new metal one so this won't happen to me again. customer service was top notch - not only were they were prompt + courteous but they were also genuinely invested in solving my problem. ☺️ From a technical skill perspective, they knew exactly what to do and executed under pressure. I drove out happy, and I'll definitely be driving back! I've been in ATX for 10yrs so I know a lot of people. This is the kind of service where I will now be recommending this location to everyone in my network. Dan and Kyle turned what could have been a frustrating, expensive trip into a story I'm now sharing with all of Austin. These guys are the kind of employees that make Oil Changers really stand out. They deserve to be recognized! ?? 10/10. Customer for life. ?
