These guys are awesome. Domitrik and Dominick. They have you stay in your car during the oil change. They explain everything, are so nice. It was quite the good experience. Domitrik even showed me the filter and pulled a free Carfax to see when the last oil change happened since I had bought it and this was my first oil change. Great place. Highly recommend
New Bluffdale location. Went on a Saturday morning. Great service. I was in at 0805 and was done by 0825. I was able to stay in my vehicle. Their knowledge of even my older Mercedes was spot on and they were kind. They did not try to up-sale me and respected what I requested. There were good, knowledge based recommendations made that really helped guide my decision making. They even showed me my cars CarFax and went over it with me briefly, and they added applicable coupons/promos without being asked. Will definitely be going back.
I was in there 4 weeks ago and got a full oil change. My low oil light came on and so I took it in. Ian was awesome by offering me a free top off because he didn’t want to charge me for a full service since I was just there. He did an inspection looking for leaks and helping me with possible reasons why my car was burning through oil so fast. I appreciate the honesty and not charging me when it would have been so easy to try and charge for a full service. 10/10 recommend!
