Interesting experience, was the 3rd shop I had to go to because the certain type of oil my car takes which is apparently severely low in stock everywhere and backlogged. I believe something happened with the air filter, and it took extra long to get it fixed - a manager who was apparently nearby ran over from either home or a different shop to come remove the entire filter to get into the engine bay to recover the missing piece, so I was there for about an hour or so. They kept me informed the entire time and included a free air filter and a pretty good discount because of the issue. Quality service because of the issues and how it was handled. Thanks Team. I believe Michael was the manager
Employees were very kind and helpful! Quick and easy process, were kind enough to give us cold waters and even topped off my wiper fluid and checked my tire pressure. 10/10, definitely coming back!
Connor stayed past the time he was meant to head home to complete the emissions and registration for my vehicle. He was pleasant, thorough, and took his time. He did not seem rushed (even though I am sure he was more than ready to head out). So thankful for the excellent service and kind and friendly interactions with/from Connor.
