Jenna and Daniel both were stellar. Of course they do their job by upselling, it's part of providing excellent value to their customers and its required to ask. I haven't had such wonderful service in years. If I could rate it above 5/5 I would. Out the door under $50 with their online coupon they asked if I had and even waited for me to find it on their website they made my visit top notch. Great job all.
I tried the relatively new Valvoline location in Spokane Valley off of Sprague. I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff were helpful in answering my questions and the service was very efficient. Jessie, in particular, was very personable and helped guide me through the process. I even received a coupon for my next service at Valvoline. This Valvoline is a big added value to the Spokane Valley community and the staff deserve to be recognized for this. I will certainly be back when I need another oil change.
I go out of the way for the valley location. Jesse, Joe, & Ray are polite and answer any and all questions before any services. There is no pressure to get a service (unless it would be unsafe I’m sure) and there is no upselling. There is always coupons and they are always happy to help
