⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sidney and Chris at Take 5 in Abilene were very helpful! I’m a new student at Abilene Christian University (ACU) and needed to get an oil change before driving back to Dallas for spring break. My SUV hasn't been driven much lately, so my oil change notification was time-based instead of mileage. The technician took a look at my oil level and cleanliness, and recommended that I should be able to go another few months before needing to change. He could have done the work and gotten $100+ out of me, but he topped off my fluids, printed me an updated sticker, and sent me on my way. It was refreshing to see someone care about the customer and not just go through the motions to get the cash.

The “pit” crew was friendly, informative and punctual as usual. Each one made sure I was comfortable since it was a rather warm day, especially when they cleaned the coolant system and it required the heater to be turned on high (with the windows open). I was glad they suggested additional filters be changed (especially when we realized the cabin filter was the original 14 yo filter! They were very thorough.
