I've actually been there twice. Both times I've had excellent, quick service. Very professional, good at listen to my concerns and such. I'd recommend them. Coupons are great money savers too.
I was honestly worried about getting my oil changed here because I had never been here before, but I shouldn’t have been because it was the best experience of getting an oil change I’ve ever had!! As soon as I got there was in 10 seconds or so a gentleman walked out and handed me a cold bottle of water because it was such a hot day and let me know that he would be right with me. I only waited in line for less than five minutes before it was my turn, and both gentlemen were extremely kind and inviting and clear about the services they offered and the different prices. They even give me a $25 coupon which made it even better and I got all of my fluids changed, my windshield wiper was a little bit off so he adjusted it for me ,within 15 minutes everything was done on the car & completely tested and I was on my way. The gentlemen work together to make the process is efficient as possible, which kept the line moving. I’ve never seen anything like it. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be telling everyone I know to go there. Thank you, Winston for making my experience top shelf. I appreciate it.
My experience with you guys was top notch! Your workers were very polite and friendly. They handled everything in a professional manner. The pricing was a little high but, that is not the workers fault. The prices were high but they are everywhere. The workers also went over the price of everything before they did it. The professional and friendly service as well as the convenience will have me coming back. Also the coupon discount. With that the pricing came down more into the reasonable range.
